Pros: Nothing, literally nothing at all
Cons: City smells like piss. Place is over hyped with just 2 main attractions that aren't much excitement. Parking is ass, construction and traffic are insane. The expanding concrete and removal of greenery make the city hideous. Every day I wake up I dream of when I can finally afford to move out of this crap hole
